2018 in Review 31 Summer travel teams – Club record! Ø 16 girls and 15 boys teams Ø 9 Developmental (U 9 -U 10) – one Maroon team Ø 22 U 11 and older teams – 12 higher level (C 1 & C 2) and 10 C 3 21 Fall travel – Club record! Ø 11 girls and 12 boys Ø 4 undefeated teams Ø 6 District Champions Ø 8 State Tournament Qualifiers – Club record! Ø 3 State Tournament Champions – BU 11 C 2, GU 11 C 2 and GU 14 C 2 11 State Champions in last 10 years, with 6 in the last 3 years! 4
Looking ahead… Ø Ø Ø 2019 – Fielding 6 C 1 teams and 8 C 2 teams Signed new lease on EDGE for another 5 years, starts 2019 v. New turf v. New roof v. New lighting (installed) Partnering with Lil’ Kickers/Alchemy to add programming for 2 -5 year olds at EDGE, starting this winter Leasing STMA Dome for older high level teams Hired Registrar/Webmaster as part time position 5

Wright County Soccer Mission Statement To help our youth develop an understanding of leadership, teamwork, self discipline, responsibility, high standards of fair play, and respect for others through the sport of Soccer. 9
Coaching & Player Development Ø WRC is implementing a comprehensive GK program. Sessions will run throughout the winter indoors and outdoors in the spring. Ø Open Soccer continues to experience good success with high participation. Ø Recreational Soccer curriculum is expanded. U 4 through U 8 coaches are now able to teach a common curriculum. Ø Provide a greater focus on recreational coach's education. Ø Skills Academy participation is growing. The results are reflected in the increases in competitive levels. 10

2019 Club Goals Ø Develop Rec program in Delano Ø Increase participation in Rockford Ø Create a new facility committee to start looking for a bigger training facility (5 year plan) Ø Increase participation at the U 9 entry level for competitive side (transitioning from rec) Ø Continue to expand our coaching curriculum for Rec coaches at the U 6, U 8, and U 10 levels Ø Curriculum designed to increase player skills for future play Ø Provide coaches with tools and support Ø Less stress/prep on coaches makes coaching more fun! 12
