Actions • Sub working group leaders to prepare a short outline of what ground/air measurements and infrastructure are required to answer their science questions, approximate $$ needed, and plan for seeking funding etc • Funding shortfall for LIDAR – needed for pretty much everything … • Funding for: • • hyperspectral scanner irrigation and salinity? forest carbon/water/energy fluxes for NAFE’ 06 • OASIS did fluxes well but not soil moisture, NAFE is doing soil moisture well but not fluxes.
