World War II or the Second World War

World War II, or the Second World War was a global military conflict lasting from 1939 to 1945.

World War 2 was a war between the ALLIED and AXIS forces.

The M 1 Garand (officially the United States Rifle, Caliber. 30, M 1) was the first semi-automatic rifle to be generally issued to the infantry of any nation. Called "The Greatest Battle Implement Ever Devised ". Bazooka is the common name for a man-portable rocket launcher widely fielded by the US Army. M 1 launcher and M 6 rockets were hastily supplied to some of the U. S. invasion forces during the landings in North Africa.

The T-26 tank was a Soviet light infantry tank used during many conflicts of the 1930 s as well as during World War II. It was produced in greater numbers than any other tank of the period, with more than 11, 000 produced.
