THE MISSION • Children live in families, in communities, in countries. They work on every level to achieve the goal of child well being • One of there main missions are to educate , and broaden the minds of the young ones. from international activism to checking in on children face-to-face. • Children are the focus of our work, and are important participants. • We invite children to tell us about the problems they see in their communities. • We help improve systems and structures to make their world a better, safer place to live.

HISTORY/BACKGROUND OF THE CHARITY • World Vision started with one man in 1950 trying to help one child in one country with just $5. • Today, we help more than 4 million children in nearly 100 countries. His name is Robert Pierce • Over the past 60 -plus years, we've grown and learned that we cannot stay the same. • We're constantly adjusting to people’s needs, leveraging donations more efficiently, and working toward long-term, sustainable success.
