Census Data Dissemination (Contd. ) Product Development Æ In this phase users are informed about : • Tools which were used to produce tabulations. • Tools which are available to data users to access data bases. • Tools that are available to conduct analysis of the data. • Data bases may be developed to store clean micro data files to generate non-confidential reports. • Metadata may be developed to know descriptive information about the contents, quality and characteristics of the data which may be accessed / downloaded from the internet for other use.
