Are you looking to get certified for the first time? This session focuses on how to best prepare for Cisco certification exams with an emphasis on CCENT. The Comp. TIA A+ Certification exam will also be covered. Presented by Nate Greene from Knox County and his students. What is the Internet…. Really Attendees will learn about routing, switching and the internet. Where does the internet exist, how does data leave my phone and return, where does the data go, how is wi-fi involved and who is in charge of the Internet? Interactive information will be given to better understand how to perform, based on your unique reality. Tire safety is often overlooked and is seen as unimportant however, 11, 000 crashes are reported each year due to tire failure. Presented by Tread Wisely Ambassadors and former Ohio BPA members. What is all this NOYS about? * Trumbull CTC will present their award-winning project and talk about how to change your community! Earn the Chapter Activities Award of Excellence* A must attend session for all local and regional officers. Trumbull CTC officers will present how they develop and execute a plan to earn the Chapter Activities of Excellence Award with very little interference from their advisor. *Appropriate for Middle Level, Secondary and Post-Secondary Students

FOCUS GROUP PRESENTATIONS Appropriate for Middle Level, Secondary and Post-Secondary Students 4 Corners – This session leads students through activities to help them achieve success in college and in life. Topics covered include healthy living, getting involved, and academic achievement skills. Human Machine – Participants create a moving, functional machine and sell it to the pubic. The catch? This invention is made of people! This often-outrageous activity gets participants thinking about teamwork and promotion of their organizations from a whole new perspective. Peak Productivity – BPA members have a lot to get done and not much time to do it! Successful leaders must master the skill of prioritization to ensure that important things get accomplished. FOCUS GROUP PRESENTATIONS Appropriate for Middle Level, Secondary and Post-Secondary Students Sensational Improvisational – You never know what you are going to get in this impromptu speaking exercise. Members combine randomly assigned concepts to create unexpected and interesting results We talk through techniques for impromptu speaking with ease. Spectrum – Learning to disagree or to understand a difference of opinion is a valuable life skill that students learn in this workshop. Spectrum helps students to positively formulate both an opinion and a justification on thought provoking topics. Twisted Tower – Teams are challenged to build the tallest, free-standing, portable tower they can using only tape, and balloons. Although it sounds simple – watch out – there’s a twist!
