Young teenagers think bad things will never happen to them Young teenagers are sometimes being ignorant and have too much confidence. Therefore, young teenagers are at the greatest risk of getting injured during their first 6 months on the job.

How can we prevent workplace accidents? 1. Always be alert -> Being awake and focus on your work will prevent any harms that can happen to you and your coworker. 2. Don’t rush your work -> Make sure you take the appropriate amount of time to perform your duties safely. Don’t get pushed by others. 3. Wear required safety gear -> Because it looks silly and you want to be fashionable, you should not skip wearing your safety gears. This is not for the fashion. This is for your own safety.

Make sure you always follow the step by steps. 5. Pay attention to and follow emergency drills -> Make sure you know where is the exit door when there is an emergency. Don’t get panic. Be calm and have your escape plans already planned out for you. 6. Insist upon proper training. -> Don’t underestimate your job. All jobs need safety. Don’t be ignorant and skip proper training. There are more things than what you think you already know.
