WORKLOAD: FEEDBACK FROM TEACHERS It is extremely clear, although perhaps not universally realised, that the school has made a significant effort over the past couple of years to reduce workload and allow teachers to focus more on the day-to-day planning, teaching and assessment cycle. There are too many examples to list them all here, but the marking policy is an obvious one, as is the introduction of MNP. My workload has been consistent in the time I have worked here. I like to be busy and taking on lots of new and interesting tasks. Generally speaking, I feel like everything we do is for the chn. Sometimes if feels as though we do things for doing things sake, but I feel that is changing for the better and happening less and less It is manageable. The minimal marking policy has made a really positive difference. Currently it is still a lot, but in the past it has been very overwhelming which has been detrimental to my wellbeing
