What is work-integrated learning? Work-integrated learning (WIL) is the term given to an activity or program that integrates academic learning with its application in the workplace. The practice may be real or stimulated and can occur in the workplace or field working project.

What is “Fix IT Center”? “Fix IT Center” is a fieldwork project of Thailand office of the vocational education commission for 4 objectives; 1. Help the people to decrease cost living by fixing and prolonging their instruments. 2. Give the knowledge how to repair and maintain families’ instruments/ machines/ engines 3. Up levels of the mechanics in the village 4. Make network of collaboration of the project
Overall of Methods This Study was divided into 2 Steps; 1 st Step: Studied on conditions and problems of “Fix IT Center” Project 2 nd Step: Created a model to solve the problems
Methods 1 st Step: Research Made 2 forms of questionnaire for students and teachers who works for ‘Fix It Center Project’ 2016” of Sukhothai college of agriculture and technology. Students and Teachers answered the questionnaires Analyzed the data and made the results Go to 2 nd step
2 nd Step: Development Methods Evaluation and Report Appropriate manual Created Model Teachers supported students. Transferred contents work hours among subjects and assessd (together) Executives supported teachers. Meeting to solve the problems Made gave policies Used PDCA

Results of st 1 Step Study “Fix It Center” Students duplicate works. No model for material object way. Students No Port Folio and no transferring from work into schoolrecords Teachers have to teach extra class for missing students.
Results of st 1 Step Study “Fix It Center” Know that there are team teaching. Know that students work according to the objectives of “Fix It Center” Teachers No preparing any document for transferring from works to school-records and regarding assessment Be complicated for fieldwork in normal days, except on holidays and vacations
Results of nd 2 Step Study Teachers Students Got appropriate model manual Got useful port folio Worked easily Decreased works Satisfy in the high level
Discussions Mono Science cannot solve the real problems. WIL affects transferring among Sciences. The results of this study helps to decrease duplicate works and lessons, so the teachers can increase other new knowledge. The results of this study responses to ability of students in many aspects; knowledge, skills, attitudes (Multiple intelligence). The results of this study gets along with Constructivism.
Conclusion Be easy for fieldwork in normal days, including on holidays and vacations Improve - Knowledge - Skills - Attitudes Get experience and confident Teachers Students Improve Life skills Get manual of transferring from works to school-records and regarding assessment Increase facility of country for world competition Make opportunity for freelance
