Graph-maker, graph-maker, make me a graph! • If you have a strong internal resource to make your graphs, especially for NSI, Patient Satisfaction and RN Satisfaction – make them your best friend! • Decide on your standard template & colors as early as possible & share with PI Teams. • Will unify the look of your graphs and save MPD time!! 11

Patient Satisfaction • Our area of greatest struggle to find the best measures that most closely aligned with the Magnet Requirements and we met majority of units, majority of time… • In the end, one of our four measures was 50% (so not majority) 18
