Tests to demonstrate compliance n Decision 1: Scope to be opened above 1 MW without power limit. The test environment shall be described flexibly enough to allow for efficient assessments for “small” and “large” units. n Decision 2: If we run into complicated issues regarding the environment we will focus on “small”. Complicated issues will be postponed into a second edition or an informative annex for discussion. n Decision 3: We will not state Rf. G type reference in the -10, but only reference -1 and -2. è Note to No. 3: As -1 and -2 are written to cover Rf. G Type A and B -10 will cover A and B requirements. Also for units used in type C and D plants these assessments (regarding -1 and -2 requirements) can be used. D 10 LABORELEC ©

Tests to demonstrate compliance n Decision 4: -10 will only cover unit type assessment (terminals of the unit). The gap between the unit and the plant needs to be covered somewhere else. As -1 and -2 requirements are on the plant, the acceptance criteria is not applied to the unit directly, but the actual characteristics of the unit are stated. Difference between characteristics and requirements shall be stated. n Decision 5: Where there is a product specific standard, covering the needs of a specific -10 clause, -10 will reference to this standard. Decision 6: Based on Annex C of -2 a table shall be set up to provide an overview of the link between -10 test case and 1/-2 requirements. 11 LABORELEC ©
