Previous WIL Employee Comments “The WIL project served as a valuable platform to demonstrate and apply theory I learnt throughout my International Business Management coursework. The real-world business work equipped me with key entrepreneurial skills, exposed me to professional expectations, industry insights and practical market strategies in order to successfully manage a business venture”. BMIB Student "WIL Project is participating in a real-life work environment. You will have colleagues, a mentor and a supervisor. You will receive feedback and performance review sessions. This is what I enjoyed the most during my WIL-time. I feel job-ready! In short, you will experience a work-alike environment in WIL project, and everyone will treat you as a professional - not a student!" PMLS Student “I feel very positive and happy to be a part of the WIL Project. This is a good opportunity for me to experience the workplace environment, as well as to implement my knowledge. This experience will help me learn about Canadian workplace etiquettes and expectations. I can see how I am developing professionally as well as improving my inter-personal skills” BMHR Student
