Report Contents Section Contents Title Page Title of report Introduction What issues are being explored The reasons for writing the report Background Information An overview of the main factors leading to the report, e. g. the importance of reflection and change cycles Main Issues The substance of the report, discuss the main issues, in this case the different change cycles/models, emphasising the importance of their role. Links to your practice, which is most effective. Results Summarises your observations and findings Discussion Discusses your results and the implications of your findings, including implications for the future.
