GERF 2021 -21 ● Priority Topics (other ideas considered) ○ Impact of COVID-19 on tenure and promotion/research productivity ○ SET in COVID-19/remote learning environment ○ Impacts/assessment of application/usage of remote work and flexible work schedules ○ Advancement patterns among women staff; ○ Tenure and Promotion (T&P) patterns between men and women faculty, including those who choose not to go up for T&P; ○ Use/non-use of maternity leave and impact on promotion and advancement ○ Retention of women-identified staff. ● Drop-in hours Nov. 18 (10 -11 a. m. ) and Dec. 1 (2 -3 p. m. ) ● Application Deadline is Dec. 18
