Approval of Formation of Two New Committees Mr. Yannis Sirros/ Dr. Jim Poisant 1. Strategic Planning Committee: Work with WITSA’s Secretariat to establish a three-year Strategic Plan to be approved by the WITSA Board of Directors by January 15, 2021. Monitor, review and update the Strategic Plan on biannual basis. Members of the Committee will be the WITSA Chairman, the Deputy Chairman, the Strategic Planning Committee, the Treasurer, Secretary General and the Regional Vice Chairpersons. 2. Business Development Committee: Create business development opportunities for members and new streams of revenue. Members of the Committee will be the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman, the Business Development Committee, Secretary General, the Treasurer, the Regional Vice Chairpersons. 8 www. witsa. org

Budget Presentation (2021 -2023) Sean Seah/Finance Committee • 2021, 2022 & 2023 Budgets are drafted; • The Finance Committee will convene and prepare the 2021 Budget by December 8, 2020 for Board review; • Any Director with comments on the proposed budget should communicate with the Secretary General by December 15 th. • The WITSA Secretariat will electronically send budgets to the Board for approval by early January 2021. 23 www. witsa. org
