OVERVIEW The Wisconsin Public Health Association (WPHA) is an affiliate of the American Public Health Association (APHA). It is part of the Great Lakes Region (Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois). WPHA is a tax-exempt, non-profit with a 501(c)3 status.
