This week you have 3 skills activities to work on. They all follow theme of doors, however, the skills you will practice this week will support your writing in the weeks to come. So have a go and please do share your learning with me.

This is a word level warm up – read the information below and have a go at the activity on the following slide.

In this activity, we are going to consider the importance of fluency and expression when we read. Begin by reading Miroslav Holub’s poem The Door – which is on the next slide.
