Why We Should Eat Healthy and Exercise Learning Targets: Today We Will: Review why it is so important to eat healthy & exercise. So We Can: Persuade others to do the same and make ourselves even healthier We Will Know We Have it When: We can persuade another person in a practice skit and set our own personal goals
Bellwork: 1. 2. ◦ 3. Why would you want to persuade someone to be more physically active and eat healthier (what do you think the benefits are)? Can you think of anyone that would benefit from exercising more and eating healthier (don’t write a name if they go to school here…just say “One of my Friends”). Example: My Dad, My Aunt, one of my friends from Elementary School, etc. Without using their name, describe them and why you think they should eat healthier and exercise more. If you followed directions and completed your Bellwork, please turn it in to earn 5 points Extra Credit (in the next 30 seconds or so)
