WHY SHOULD WE STUDY THE FEASTS OF THE LORD?

COLOSSIANS 2: 16 -17 Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ.

WHY SHOULD WE STUDY THE FEASTS OF THE LORD? They reveal who Jesus is. They are present truths the Holy Spirit will use to quicken our lives. They are a shadow of things still to come.

The Feasts of the Lord In Israel…they are observed In Jesus…they are fulfilled In us…they are applied

EXODUS 12: 113

Exodus 12: 5 -7 The animals you choose must be year-old males without defect, and you may take them from the sheep or the goats. Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month, when all the people of the community of Israel must slaughter them at twilight. Then they are to take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where they eat the lambs.
