Why is it important to ESTIMATE angles? • To guide you when you MEASURE the angle! • If we identify the angle to be an acute angle • Let’s say we estimate that it is about 50° (because an acute angle is between 0 and 90°) • If we measure using a protractor and get an angle of 120° then we must have done something wrong!
