HOW DOES CKAN OPERATE? Sebastian Moleski Steering Group Member, Viderum
CKAN OPERATES ON OPEN PRINCIPLES 1. Openness: The code is open on Git. Hub 2. Collaboration: We collaborate via Tech Team meetings, Steering Group and Git. Hub 3. Participation: We are all here today!!! So many extensions from so many people…
GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE The steering group carries on a number of business activities. The Technical Group represents contributors and makes all the important decisions. Everyone is a volunteer yet will typically have a ‘day job’ working in open data.
