A. In order to grow mentally our children need instructions and guidelines on how to live their lives. Deuteronomy 6: 4 -9 B. In order for our children to grow in stature They Need to know that their bodies are the Temple of God. 1 Corinthians 6: 19 -20 C. For our children to grow in Spiritually They need to learn to live in a way that is pleasing to God. Colossians 1: 10 D. For our children to grow Socially They need to learn to respect others. Eph. 6: 2

Titus 2: 3 Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance V 4 : Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, V 6: Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled V 7: In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness V 12: It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, V 15: These, then, are things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you
