I heard a story of a man in business whom I will never know, but I know God wanted me to hear his story…

His Company where he was the head of Security had invited the remaining members of another Company which had been decimated by the attack on the Twin Towers to share their office space. . .

With his voice full of awe, he told the stories of why these people were alive and their counterparts were dead…

All the stories were everyday things…

You might know about the head of the Company who got in late that day because his son started Kindergarten…

Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to bring donuts…

The one that struck me was the man who put on a new pair of shoes that morning…

He took the various means to get to work, but before he got there, he developed a blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore to buy a Band-Aid. That is why he is alive…

An Administrative assistant missed her Train that morning and arrived after the devastation had begun…

Another man working in the Twin Towers lived because a Customer had forgotten his photo ID and he needed to clear him through lobby security, this took him away from where the plane struck.

So, Now when I am stuck in traffic, miss an elevator, turn back to answer a ringing telephone. . . all the little things that annoy me. . . I think to myself, perhaps this is where God wants me to be at this very moment, and there may be a purpose that I cannot see at this time…

May God continue to bless us even as we go through all those annoying everyday things and we remember there may be a reason and we listen for the…

Quiet Voice Inside…

Have you ever been just sitting there and all of a sudden you feel like doing something nice for someone and not just those you know and care for. . . That’s God. . . He talks to us in our heart through the Holy Spirit…

Have you ever been in a situation and you had no clue how it is going to get better, but can now as you look back on it. . . That’s God. . . He carries us through tribulation to see a brighter day. . .

Have you ever received… something wonderful that you didn't even ask for, like a gift from a Loved one or maybe someone else who offers help or thoughtfully takes the time to show you they really care, perhaps unexpected support for your Ministry or maybe a timely reminder of how much God Loves you… That’s God… He knows what we need. . . And He knows the desires of our heart and if they are according to His will He blesses us.

Or have you ever been thinking about somebody that you haven't seen in a long time and then next thing you know you see them or receive a phone call or letter from them. . . That’s God. . . there is no such thing as… “A Good Coincidence without a purpose or Blessing” All good things come from God!

We are to be Joyful and give thanks in all circumstances even hardship but not for the pain we suffer but believing and Trusting that we are never alone in them. We have something special to offer, something real and wonderful…God’s Love, Hope, Joy, Peace and Rest… Blessings that only He can give us, so that even in times of sadness when we shed a tear we will still rejoice in our heart. True LOVE… will last for Eternity… Now that is God!
