Where does color come from? • A ray of light is the source of all color. • Without light, color does not exist. • Light is broken down into colors of the spectrum. You can often see a variety of colors when you look at something like a rainbow.

Creating Your Color Wheel • As I introduce the colors to you, you will need to use a colored pencil to complete your own color wheel for your portfolio. • This color wheel will be your reference tool for color in Interior Design, so you need to be accurate and careful to place the colors in the correct spaces on your paper.
