When a new member enters in to a community with a positive frame of mind there’s so much of initial eagerness, giving in, giving up, co-operation, supportiveness, enthusiasm, Zeal, life and zest but all that dries down as months slip by, like any other biological change, which lasts but a few months-or it be like honey-moon period, which normally ends up in disillusionment.
Power is the normal procedure guiding the community, ex. Last supper-being the culmination of power struggle among the apostles. Anarchy rules in that Kingdom.
In an insincere atmosphere in a community, where only pretence, fighting, flighting (non-co-operation) and lovelessness envelope the whole community atmosphere.

Bulls are hefty, gigantic, audacious, can tackle any no of opponents, and very hard to control, but its very subservient, subordinate and submissive and obedient to the master. When it is in charge he/she will boss over and bully but under somebody he/she is ‘yes’ man/woman… in all obedience.
They brag; exaggerate, magnify and in their lack self-awareness they invite trouble and ultimately they are doomed to die.
Just like American and English culture, only externalities matter they try to encourage people to praise and admire them because they put on a show.

RABBIT When a rabbit is threatened, it flees away. It never faces challenges in life. When it is confronted it just escapes and avoids the challenges in life.
Porcupine loves everyone’s company. When it is confronted, it attacks fiercely by throwing its quills.
SHEEP Sheep are known for its physical cleanliness. When it is attacked or threatened it clings together in the group and then attacking its enemies. They remain within themselves rather than scattering away from its group.
Usually tigress remains at home and is motherly, harmless, humble and simple. But when in the company of her cubs, she can be most powerful and fiercely attack the opponents. Such people in the community do not trust the community members.
They always enjoy a good mood but once they are upset they upset everybody. (Cynicism and criticism is their second name. )

Identify yourself as to which are the instincts that are embedded in you.
Find out to which category your community belongs to. One is built on Titanic or on Noah’s Ark. Few characteristic features of Titanic as well as Noah’s Ark are:
Titanic: Advertising the features of the Titanic the media said even God cannot sink Titanic. The passengers became Gods. The crew said it is unsinkable. The captain asked, ‘Can Titanic Sink? ’ Telegrams cautioning on icebergs were ignored. The captain and the crew were puffed up and swollen with pride, and there they sailed speeding up, only to end up in killing everybody in the middle of the sea. Along with Titanic, there were two more sister-ship namely Olympia and Britannica were also submerged, even though they were constructed with latest marine technology then. So all that was built on ego, selfishness and pride are ultimately destined to sink.
Noah’s Ark: It was a simple boat constructed by Noah, an ordinary farmer, and not by any marine engineer, even though the whole world was flooded, all the passengers aboard were well protected by God and it never submerged; Noah’s progeny still continue to flood the earth till today.
Ten characters in Noah’s Ark and identify yourself so as to which character you represent. Lion: The Lion in cage wasn’t all that happy with confining to a cage with in rather it wanted to be his old self as the king of the forest bossing, bullying and challenging and dominating everybody instead of challenging, it is better that it co-operated with Noah in making everyone shine.
Donkey: Though it looked the worst of all the animals and considered everyone else beautiful, it questioned its very ugly existence. So it was suffering from inferiority complex. Then the thought that Jesus chose the donkey to ride on into Jerusalem it enjoyed certain amount of consolation and joy.
Skunks: Even though Lion was a King of the Jungle, the Skunks are notorious for pumping foul smelling liquid and out-beat the Lion. Woodpecker: They cannot stop pecking (cynics to the core). There are some members in the community who keep pecking (grumbling) at other members.
Termites: Though they are notorious for ruining any building they have also, a good role to play too. Especially in plugging a hole in a ship with paper mash with its saliva. Horse: Horses are the senior citizens of the community who are ignored and uncared for.
Monkey: Monkeys are the junior citizens who get hurt by the fastidiousness of the Senior Citizens when their talents are not recognized. Spiders: Even though their look is horrible, and incorrigible, they could heal the wounds of monkeys with their webs.
