Critical Incident A critical incident • • • is felt to be life threatening for a person him- or herself or a person near by is far beyond normal human daily experience happens all of a sudden and without warning
The Purpose • It is a peer-to-peer program designed to mitigate the impact of an accident or incident before stress reactions damage job performance, careers, family and health.
