What is the UF VPN Client and why do I have to use it?

What is the UF VPN Client and why do I have to use it? • Materials available electronically (journal articles, e-books, streaming video) are licensed for use by UF students, faculty and staff, and are easily accessible from any oncampus network. • The UF VPN Client allows UF students, faculty and staff to “tunnel” into the UF network from any off-campus network, and access these resources.

Click on the link for the OS X software, as shown. The installation files will download automatically (Hint: downloaded files are saved to the Downloads folder by default, in OS X ).
