WHAT SHOULD BE THE NEXT STEPS following received guidelines by the end of December 2017 • DECIDE ON EXACT ISSUES STAFF ADVISORY GROUP WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ex. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, IT, HR • DECIDE ON MEMBERS OF YOUR STAFF ADVISORY GROUP • PREPARE A DOCUMENT (CHARTER) WHICH WILL SHOW THE COMMITMENT OF UNIVERSITY LEADERSHIP, DESCRIBE THE FUNCTIONING AND ROLE, STRUCTURE OF THE GROUP, AND THEIR MANDATE TO WORK IN THE FUTURE, AS WELL AS THEI POSITION IN THE UNIVERSITY CHART. • CREATE AN ACTION PLAN FOR THE GROUP, WHICH CONSIDERS AS WELL ACTIVITIES FOLLOWING THE END OF THE TACTIC PROJECT AND SUSTAINABILITY OPPORTUNITIES. • START PREPARING THE LOCAL TRAININGS • FINALISE THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT • COLLECT THE TRAINING MATERIALS, TRANSLATE THEM INTO NATIONAL LANGUAGES • CENTRALISE TRAINING MATERILS ON THE TACTIC WEBSITE
