What is an NBI™? • Developed by Dr Kobus Neethling, the NBI™ is a measure of a persons thinking preference – the degree to which they prefer some tasks more than others. • It provides insight into how a person leads, communicates, relates to others, and works in teams based on their preferred thinking style.

How can I use the NBI™ in my organisation? Team Pack • The NBI™ can help individuals in a team understand: • Their own thinking preference and how this affects their interaction with others. • The thinking preferences of others in their team and how to interact with them.

Team Pack • To apply the NBI™ in your teams, the following two profiles are required: • General Profile - evaluates each persons thinking preferences to know what they like to do. • Skills Profile - evaluates each persons skills to know what they are good at.

Individual Pack • Knowing your thinking preferences can: • Provide you insight to develop better relationships. • Help you make more dynamic team contributions. • Help you make more accurate job and career choices. • Help you determine you study selections

Individual Pack • To know more about your own thinking preferences, the following profiles are recommended: • General Profile - evaluates your thinking preferences to know what you like to do. • Skills Profile - evaluates your skills to know what you are good at. • Leadership Profile - evaluates your leadership style and identifies any gaps in your leadership approach.
