What is the big bang?
Big bang theory n The big bang theory is the prevailing cosmological model that explains the early development of the Universe. its explains how the galaxy came to be. The universe used to be small and ever since the big bang the universe doesn’t stop growing it goes on and on………. .
3 different theories or types of research that support the big bang n I don’t know what their called but scientists used these giant telescopes which shows evidence that a big explosion happened. when a explosion happens u see lots of dust and ash and chunks of what got blown up. That’s what the universe looks like. There a lot of chunks of meteors and stars all over the universe that looks like a explosion happened.
Scientist that helped with the understanding of the big bang. n So the 1929 discovery by Edwin Hubble that the Universe is in fact expanding at enormous speed was revolutionary. Hubble noted that galaxies outside our own Milky Way were all moving away from us, each at a speed proportional to its distance from us. He quickly realized what this meant that there must have been an instant in time (now known to be about 14 billion years ago) when the entire Universe was contained in a single point in space. The Universe must have been born in this single violent event which came to be known as the "Big Bang
Age of the universe n The universe is 14 billion years old. It took 380 thousand years for the atoms to cool down enough so that they can start forming planets and galaxy. The next page show a timeline.
