Gathering useful Ideas �Everyone should have the opportunity to express ideas. �Every idea may have value at some point. �No criticism is allowed. �You want to work for quantity. �Piling-on to someone else's idea may make an even better idea. Rules �Establish team norms (rules that everyone agrees to). �Decide who is in charge. �Be prepared to take a break when things get heated up or things slow down. �You are working as a team and the whole team gets credit for the solution, not one individual. �Record all ideas so you will know what has been visited and what has not.
