Reflection. . . Do you think you need to take a long journey to have a holiday? For some people, holidays can be a chance to escape from everyday pressures in our lives. For others, a rest from work and having the time to do things they enjoy is just the break they need. We are all different and have different ways to relax. Life is like a long journey. We go through different seasons and stages, and some are more enjoyable than others. Our feelings change as our circumstances change. And as we travel the journey of life, we change too. Take a moment to think about how you are feeling in this stage of your journey and where you are going next.
