What is forgiveness? Forgiveness is the act of excusing or pardoning others in spite of what they do against you. Did you know that God created you because He loves you, and because of his love, He forgives you? Did you know forgiveness is the wonderful way God shows his love to us.

The Lost Son Luke 15: 11 -24

There was a man who had 2 sons. The younger son asked for his share of his father's property. So, the dad divided the property between his sons.

The younger son packed up his clothes and he left. He spent all of his money on wild living.

The country had a famine, so the son could no longer eat. As a result, he took a job on a pig farm to feed the bags. The son was so hungry that he wanted to eat what the pigs were eating.

The son realized that he didn't have to work like this. He could always go back home to his dad. He made up in his mind that he would go back to his dad and ask his dad forgiveness. So, he went back home.

The dad looked up and he saw his son. He was so happy. He ran over to his son and hugged him. The son felt so bad. He said his dad, "I have sinned against you. I am not fit to be called your son. "

The father was so excited to see his son. He told the servants to give his son the best robe, and to make a big feast. The dad was so glad to celebrate with his son and to have him home again.
