When and How to watch a flipped video I am sitting in a a place that is QUIET and free from distractions I am NOT connected to social media while watching the flipped video. I have SILENCED my phone I have CLOSED all other tabs and windows on my device. I use I have my class HEADPHONES when I watch a notebook and writing device video to increase my focus to take notes.
Note-taking Tips I frequently PAUSE the videos to take notes I ANSWER the questions asked in the video to the best of my abilitiy I TAKE careful I DRAW appropriate NOTES as I diagrams and charts in watch the video. my notes I PAUSE the video and solve a problem or write something down when my teacher tells me to do so I REWIND the video when I do not understand things I ASK my teacher the questions I wrote down in my notes so I can receive help and clarification I WRITE down QUESTIONS in my notes from the flipped video when I don’t understand something
How to Best Participate In-Class I COLLABORATE with my peers I GET HELP from peers when they understand more than I do I ASK my teacher the questions I wrote down in my notes so I can receive help and clarification I fully PARTICPATE in class activities I offer to HELP my friends with things I understand
