TYPES OF ANGLES An angle is an ‘amount of turn’.
NOW IT’S YOUR TURN! Everybody in Y 5: Find different types of angles in your home or in your garden. *Can you find: 1) A right angle (90°) 2) An acute angle (Less than 90°) 3) An obtuse angle (More than 90° but less than 180°) 4) A reflex angle (More than 180° and less than 360°) Take a photograph of each type of angle and label it. *You could stick these into your books or draw each of the angles that you found.
