Jeans for Genes day Alperton Community School will be taking part in this year’s Jeans for Genes Day on Friday 22 September. All students and staff are invited to wear blue jean trousers along with their usual school uniform on Friday 22 September. We’d like everyone to take part so please come into school on the day wearing your jeans and with a £ 1 donation to your form tutor during PSHE. 1 in 25 children has a genetic disorder that makes their life very difficult. That’s like one in every class. By wearing jeans and donating, we will change the lives of these children. Mr Rayleigh (ARA), mathematics department, will be organising the event and the collection of money so should you have any queries please speak to him. Aspire Commit Succeed
