Subscriptions – Individual Group A subscription provides access to all courses for 1 year. • Individuals − $100 USD (AALAS members); $170 USD (nonmembers) • Groups (7 -199 group members) − Fee decreases with increase in group size − Example: Group of 150+ persons, each: • $10 USD (AALAS Institutional & Commercial Members or AALAS branches)

Group Enrollments

Eligibility • FAALAS Members − You must be a FAALAS Member to participate in FAALAS ALL program • Registration − September 2006 − Fee will not be prorated for late registration

Group Coordinators • Institutional Group Coordinator −“backstage pass” −can view transcripts, certificates, etc… • Branch Group Coordinator −no backstage pass

Features for Group Learning Management (Branch Groups) • Branch Group Coordinator responsible for − Purchasing accounts − Adding group members to roster − Sending usernames and passwords − enrolling members and assigning accounts • Branch group coordinator does not have access to online staff records – Distributes usernames and passwords; once the group member has logged in the first time, username and password is no longer visible to group coordinator on branch roster.
