What do you know about you? 1. When and where were you born? 2. Who was there when you were born? 3. What time were you born? 4. How much did you weigh? 5. Who named you and why did they choose that name? 6. Where did you go to school? 7. Who were/are your friends? 8. Did you participate in afterschool activities? 9. Who do you look like? 10. Did you have a dummy, favourite toy or comforter? 11. How old were you when you took your first steps? 12. When did you said your first word and what was it? 13. Did you have any pets? What do you know about your family? 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. What are your parents names? What are your grandparents names? Do you have aunts and uncles? Where were your parents born? Where did they meet? Where did they go to school? Where do/did they live? Did they live together?
9. Do/did they work? 10. Do you have siblings and what are their names? 11. Are there any long-term health conditions in your birth family e. g. Asthma, Heart Disease, Sickle Cell, Cancer? The answers to the questions above will give you some idea of who you are? Where you're from and give you a sense of identity. Now imagine you are growing up living outside of your birth family. How would you answer these questions?
