Why are computer games fun? Play with or against your friends. Share your progress or achievements with others. Complete challenges or levels. Learn strategy skills as you practice.

Age Restrictions Some games have age restrictions so you have to be old enough to play on them. They might be too scary or violent for children. Games for children are fun and friendly – if you play games you are too young for, then you might get upset or scared. Only play games for children so you stay happy and safe!

How are these children feeling? Why? Annoyed because their tablet is being taken off them. Tired because they stayed up too late playing on a game. Sore because they aren’t doing enough exercise.

How can you Limit Screen Time? Set time limits for turning off apps. Turn off notifications to stop distractions. Have mobile-free meal times to encourage talking. Don’t use phones before bed time to avoid blue light keeping you awake. Take regular screen breaks so your eyes don’t get sore.
