Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) Recognized Postsecondary Credentials • OOD operates Ohio’s Vocational Rehabilitation program to assist individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain competitive integrated employment. • OOD may be able to contribute to the cost of college tuition of higher education if the individual has an employment goal that requires a recognized postsecondary credential, which means a credential consisting of • • Industry-recognized certificate or certification A certificate of completion of an apprenticeship A license recognized by the State of Federal Government Or an associate or baccalaureate degree • CTPs that are an approved provider may be selected as the individuals VR provider to authorize services.
