What a Wonderful World (Louie Armstrong) • I see trees of green, red roses too I see them bloom for me and you And I think to myself what a wonderful world. I see skies of blue and clouds of white The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night And I think to myself what a wonderful world. The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky Are also on the faces of people going by I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do They're really saying I love you. I hear babies crying, I watch them grow They'll learn much more than I'll never know And I think to myself what a wonderful world Yes I think to myself what a wonderful world. © Mark Williams

Denyse from Telford: Single mom, 3 Beautiful children. • Two years ago I was homeless, my children lived apart from me, I • • was sleeping on a friends sofa, I had no money and my work had petered out to virtually nothing. Every day some negative thing seemed to happen to me. I could see no way out. I had The Secret book for a while and had read it but didn't practice it - I thought by just reading it the things I 'needed' would just appear. When I actually started to apply The Secret things started to happen. My work came back quickly, I was standing in line and over-heard someone talking about a letting agency with cheap property. I moved into a property within 2 days! Two years on, I have a brand new car, a lovely 4 bedroom home, my children are living with me and I only have work 2 days a week to finance this. Everything on my vision board has come true - I am struggling to find other things to put on it! I am living my dream - thanks to The Secret © Mark Williams

Mindfulness Meditation - with Jay Uhdinger www. jayuhdinger. com ` • When I started to meditate mindfully a 10 minutes each day I • • • truly realized what matters in life and I’m happier than ever before – now I meditate about 15 minutes each day. I overcame a cancer phobia I had for 10 years (after my father died from cancer). I gained the ability to remove myself from situations and just observe what’s going on inside of me. I gained a hell of a lot of emotional freedom which matters way more than anything else. I became calmer, more balanced and simply a nicer person. I got comfortable with the concept of death (not suicidal yo!). It brought the kid in me back to life. Remember when it was amazing to simply run around trees? It starts to get amazing again!. . . Cool huh? © Mark Williams

Don Cupitt, Philosopher, Former Dean Cambridge University • “Let go and let life“ as "a new and ardent love of and commitment to life". • Paraphrased from his "Great Questions" book, Don recently quoted the vivid and brutal new phrase from the late 1980 s "Get a Life!" as our modern equivalent for the old religious demand that one must begin a new and converted life. • The Danish audience said: "Oh, we've already taken that English phrase, without translating it, straight into colloquial Danish. " (I have noted this is true also in China. ) • This change in everyday speech idioms reveal a change in religious values away from old religious thinking about God and heaven to a new widespread spirit-of-life commitment to this life, here and now. © Mark Williams
