WG 4 visit – May 2018 Goal: to verify which kind of support the International Relations Office are giving to their academic population (mainly professores and researchers) in attracting external funding via the participation in competitive calls for applications asking for project proposals Activities: • • Interviews over the organization (e. g. n. of people employed; tasks covered; mission; policies; etc. ) Presentation about prevalent organizational models for external funding/project writing Discussions with local professors Joint evaluation over what can be improved or included in the charter of services Date: in 12 pts
