Increase Utilization of Regional Workforce Boards (WB) to meet Healthcare Workforce Needs Strategies Increase knowledge of WB resources via marketing to increase outreach to customers and stakeholders Integration of information regarding WB resources and referrals with stakeholder service and intake processes

Improve Recruitment And Retention Of Healthcare Sector Workforce Strategies Expand view of education and career pathways Increase implementation of “grow our own” tactics Partner with K-12 to bring businesses into schools, develop career days, career exposure, class field trips, teacher externships, student internships Promote Career Pathways/ICAP Promote career exploration to all healthcare fields Promote stability of healthcareers Promote internships and job shadowing
