Getting Distributor Pricing Once a Deal Registration/Special Pricing request has been approved, the Reseller can receive pricing from the Distributor. Send Approvals Validate Deals Resellers will send the Registration/Special Pricing approval email to the Distributor directly. For Special Pricing, the Reseller will receive a “processed” email alerting them to contact their distributor for any special pricing available to them. The Distributor will then go to the online portal and enter the deal registration case number into the online validation look-up tool to check validity. If valid, the Distributor will price and/or transact on the deal including the approved discount. Resellers (ADR) Distributors (ADD) Online Portal

Transacting with Deal Reg and Special Pricing Ensure Deal Accuracy Send Approvals Validate Deals Prior to transaction the Reseller must ensure that the approved deal registration reflects the exact SKU(s) and quantities that the customer will purchase. Once the Reseller confirms the deal registration/special pricing is correct, they should forward the approval email(s) to the distributor with details on the transaction It is the Distributor’s responsibility to validate deal registration and special pricing approvals prior to transaction.
