Why are we here? • What are the challenges that face classroom teachers that aren’t always acknowledged? • How do I help myself stay healthy? • East Columbia Collaborative Mentor Program received funds from OEA Choice Trust grant to fund the development of ongoing, focused, researchbased professional learning and instructional mentoring tools for beginning educator instructional mentors to use with their mentees specifically focused on promoting well-being, resilience and collective care to mitigate the impact of chronic stress.
