Teachers’ skilful questioning enabled any misconceptions to be addressed swiftly in order to deepen pupils’ knowledge and understanding. Very positive relationships between teachers and pupils result in strong engagement in tasks. Your whole-school approach in encouraging pupils to push themselves is proving successful. Teachers’ subject knowledge is secure and is used well to inspire pupils to become successful learners. Ofsted - March 2018

Home Learning Home learning is an excellent opportunity for the students to consolidate their learning and be prepared for their next lesson. The home learning the students get may vary from longer ‘project’ style pieces to pre-learning so they are able to access the lesson ahead. It is important that students begin to make home learning habitual and have a space they can use to ensure the best chance of success. We have the opportunity for students to use a computer room everyday (except Fridays) after school to complete homework.
