Dep. Ed is implementing a package of policy called Basic Education Sector Reform Agenda (BESRA) with the objectives of improving educational outcomes.
One of the key reform thrust of BESRA is focusing on continuous school improvement of the stakeholders. This is based on the principle that those directly involved in and affected by school operations are the best to plan, manage and improve the school.
Through School-Based Management, Ubujan Elementary School was able to set goals and objectives that directed its course of action for school improvement.
