Who We Are Bron is the best in class 3 rd party vendor for mortgage servicers. Bron works towards creating safer and welcoming communities by working & building relationships alongside local governments to ensure compliance with state a local regulations and at the same time doing our part to fight blight in our communities.

What We Do Bron works with companies within the mortgage industry to ensure that the properties they are responsible for servicing are compliant with local and state government code requirements. This includes but is not limited to property registrations, code violation research and fine negotiation, utility activation and maintenance and compliance with Homeowners Associations.

Typical Workday This is a Technical support job • Includes but not limited to: • Resolving IT tickets – Break/Fix issues, permissions, printers and network troubleshooting • Ensuring systems are up to date and patched. Systems include Desktops, Servers, Firewalls etc… • New user setups or user migrations • Reviewing logs – Badge systems, Production servers etc.

Technology Infrastructure • Bron is a 100% Azure AD environment with a mix of cloud and on-prem servers. • We are a Microsoft OS environment • Bron has 2 locations. One in Dallas, TX and the other in Temecula, CA. We have site to site VPN’s connecting both sites to our Azure cloud environment • We are currently running Fortinet products for Firewalls, Switches and AP’s • We utilize Office 365

Skills • Preferred • You have network experience and an understanding of VLANS and routing • Azure and Office 365 experience • Ideal but not required • Security – Understanding of NIST, SOC 2 or other compliance standards • Azure AD with emphasis on Hybrid infrastructure • SQL reporting • Imaging experience • Scripting and automation

What You Will Be Doing We require that you are honest about your skillset and or are willing to learn: • YOU complete an extensive & paid 5 -day basic training program • Industry Recognized Five Star Academy Certification. • The first week you will shadow IT on incoming tickets and learn about the software and hardware we support • Start addressing tickets and issues on your own • You and the AVP of IT start working to make the jobs of our clients easier while maintain a secure infrastructure.
