WELCOME TO YOUR YEAR 7 SCIENCE CHALLENGE

ORGANS OF THE BODY Humans are complicated living things. We are made from cells, which group together to make tissues. Tissues together make up our organs. Organs are specialised structures that do all sorts of different jobs in our bodies. Your task: 1. You must research the different organs of the human body; the ones to consider are, shown with the diagram on the next page. You must name each organ and say what its job is. 2. You must then list what you think are the top three most important organs in the human body. For each choice you must explain why you have chosen to put it in the order you have. Don’t forget to bring your work with you on your first day at Crookhorn in September. Good Luck!
