All about me! • I am married. My husband’s name is Michael, and we have been married for 22 years. • We have one son named Mikey. He is 20 years old and attends Auburn University. • We have one dog. Her name is Bella and she is a Chocolate Lab. • We love to RACE!!!

All about me! • I am 25 years old and have lived here my whole life. • I am going to school to become a teacher and this is my last semester before I graduate! • I have 3 dogs. Their names are Boopi, Scruffy, and Ginger! • I am so excited to be here! We are going to have so much fun!

Language Arts • Mrs. Norris Teaches Language Arts ! • You will learn that every word has a job to do. • You will learn how to spell and what words mean. • You will learn how to write with fluency. • You will have FUN!!! • I have a website and you will learn how to use it.

Social Studies • Mrs. Andrews Teaches Social Studies.

Homework

Reading Homework • You will have Reading homework assigned EVERY MONDAY. It is due on FRIDAY. • It will be a story from your Literature Anthology book (the big one). You will answer the questions to turn in and take an A. R. test in the computer lab.

Spelling Homework • You will have Spelling homework assigned EVERY MONDAY. It is due on FRIDAY. • You will be given a choice sheet. You will pick four activities to use with your spelling words. • Spelling Tests are on Friday.

Morning Work • You will complete five Daily Language Review questions everyday. You have five minutes to complete and then we go over it as a class. • You will also complete a Daily Writing Activity using real newspaper headlines. • You will turn ALL Morning Work in on Fridays with your HOMEWORK.

What happens when I am absent?

When you are absent… • I will create a folder with your missed assignments. I will give you a date to turn in. It is your RESPONSIBILTY to ask for and turn in missed assignments. • Being absent one day is NOT an excuse for not getting your homework completed. • Your homework is posted on my website.
